The purpose of the foil is to protect foamed polystyrene boards against penetration of moisture contained in the concrete mass during screeding. In addition, the foil supports the polystyrene boards in order to properly anchor the installation clips to the underfloor heating pipes.
- IZOROL underfloor heating foil is a laminate of polyethylene and metallised polypropylene foil with a total thickness of 0.13 mm.
- The top side of the foli is printed with alternating continuous and dashed (or dotted) lines every 5 cm to allow precise and even distribution of the heating pipes. This makes installation faster and more accurate.
